After visiting Santa yesterday we were going to go as a family to pick out our Christmas Tree. Something I thought was very important to do as a family, Justin did not agree and he won this battle. I’m not sure why I thought it had to be done together and I can’t believe I’m going to say this but he was right.
I had this vision of us going in the snow and taking pictures while he was cutting down the tree. His vision was standing there with 2 crying children, and trying to get the tree out while carrying 2 children. And I’m sure his vision was more realistic.
After the trauma of seeing Santa I decided to let him go by himself. And our tree is beautiful and I can’t wait to see it decorated. I’m hoping the Christmas Elves will come tonight and do the job!
haha that was funny! We decorated our tree tonight but ours is fake (dang allergies) and I didn’t realize we had so many ornaments, geez louise. It was great looking at them though. We were too tired to decorate the house after! lol
