Maggie is better…she still has a little cough, but that’s it. She was getting very sad because she was not able to go near Baby Layla. Maggie has, of course, been the center of attention with everyone that has come to visit. Layla has second child syndrome (no attention). Grandma and Grandpa Slife are here now, so I’m sure Maggie will keep herself in the spotlight. Oh well, I guess she can be a brat for a few weeks.

Just wanted to share some of Aunt Amy’s Pictures, show some of Maggie and what she was up to while we were in the Hospital.

I’m trying to stay on top of taking new pictures. Yesterday was a little crazy. Layla had her 1st Doctors Appt. Everything looks great, she has gained back 4 oz. since leaving the hospital. Hopefully she will keep going this way and not take after her sister.
Maggie adores her “Baby Layla” and is having a hard time not being able to go near her today, hopefully that fever will be gone by tomorrow. Aunt Amy goes home tomorrow and Maggie we definitely miss her- so will Mom & Dad, her and Beth have been amazing and made the transition home great!
Maggie is sick :(
Maggie came down with a 102.5 degree fever last night. She’s having a hard time because she’s not allowed to go near her baby sister while she’s sick.
I’d also like to thank Beth and Amy. They have been here helping out every day. I don’t know how we would do this without them.
Keep posting comments, we love to hear from everyone. We are also working on ways to get some more interaction in the site.

We’re Home!!
Layla and I came home yesterday, and so far things are going great. Maggie was very excited to have “Baby Layla” home and has been wonderful with her so far. Loves to give her kisses especially when she is crying. Layla loves to eat and hopefully tonight we will work on sleeping- HaHa- wishful thinking I know. Auntie Beth and Aunt Amy will be taking Maggie out today so I will catch up on sleep then. We have some more pictures we will be adding today and will try to stay on top of new ones as the girls grow. Thanks for all the wonderful comments we can’t wait for you all to meet Layla!
